Pacific Poppy Sourdough was born here in the beautiful neighborhood of West Seattle, in the heart of the Junction. The name is a nod to the owner’s late father (the Poppy being his family symbol), as well as the everlasting beauty of our Pacific Northwest home. Erica works with her exceedingly supportive husband Dillon, and their stunningly handsome post-office assistant “Buzz” (short for Buzz Lightyear).
